After two thrilling matches between top two teams Australia and South Africa, they will meet for the 3rd ODI after winning one match each at Sydney Cricket Dround , SCG on 23rd January, 2009. 5 match series is level 1-1 as 3 matches remaining.

Mitchell Johnson will return to Australia after rest in the ODI team to strength struugling bowling attack. Marsh is in good for and Warner retains it place as opener after 2 failure in the series.

South Africa lost closely last match but they are high in confidance after two closely fought match especially Duminy who is in great form. Their main worry is openers as both Gibbs and Aamla is not performing.
